2. 💳 Payments
- All prices are listed in USD.
- Payment is due upfront or as agreed (e.g. 50% deposit / 50% on completion).
- We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.
- Services start only after payment is confirmed.
- Late payments may delay delivery or pause the project.
3. 🚫 Refund Policy
Since our services are digital and customized, we do not offer refunds once work has begun.
However, we aim for full satisfaction and will revise the work if it doesn’t meet the agreed scope.
4. 📦 Delivery & Revisions
- Project timelines are discussed before starting.
- Revisions are included based on the chosen package (usually 1–3 rounds).
- Extra revisions or changes outside the original scope may cost extra.
- Final files or website access will be delivered once the final payment is received.
5. 🛡️ Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide all necessary content (text, images, branding, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Review and approve designs within the agreed schedule.
- Respect our intellectual property (don’t copy or resell our work without permission).
6. 📬 Communication
We stay in touch via email, WhatsApp, or preferred platforms.
Business hours are typically Monday to Friday, and we reply within 24–48 hours.
7. 🧑⚖️ Legal
- All content and code created by us remains our intellectual property until full payment is made.
- We reserve the right to showcase finished work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
- We are not responsible for third-party service issues (e.g. hosting or domain providers).
