At Idoulab, we work hard to deliver high-quality digital services — including websites, e-commerce stores, branding, and more. Since our services are custom and digital, we have a specific refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity.
🚫 No Refunds After Work Begins
Once a project has started (after payment and agreement), we do not offer refunds. Our time, effort, and planning are immediately invested into your project, and much of the work is non-reversible.
✅ What We Offer Instead
We want you to be happy with the result, so we offer:
- Free revisions based on the number included in your package
- Clear communication and project updates
- Fixes if the delivered work doesn’t match the original agreement
- Additional adjustments at a fair extra fee (for changes outside the original scope)
💳 Refunds Before Work Starts
If you cancel before we begin the work, and no time or planning has been invested, we may issue a partial refund, depending on the situation.
⚠️ Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Delay in delivering content or feedback from the client
- Change of mind or switching to another provider
- Misuse or unauthorized changes made to the delivered website
- Technical issues caused by third-party services (like hosting or plugins)
